CRS Interface

The GlobalWare™ interface lets us tap into the wealth of information our staff has already stored in the reservation records without added keystrokes. TSG management is free to select the type of information to be gathered, based on the business, marketing and sales plans of the company.

Edit Capability

GlobalWare™'s editing flexibility helps us handle customer-related changes and maintain an accurate accounting and reporting database. Of course, GlobalWare™'s multi-level security permits us to control access and ensures that your company's valuable data is protected from unauthorized activity.

Reports

A primary purpose of an automated business information system is to give us the ability to select the information that is important to you for control and management activities.

The GlobalWare™ Reports module includes a broad range of reports that are standardized, as well as numerous options to select data based on your information needs. (Additional information is provided at the completion of this section.)

Credit Card Reconciliation

The GlobalWare™ Credit Card Reconciliation module helps satisfy corporate accounts who use a credit card for payment. It loads credit card transactions from the GlobalWare™ database, reconciles them with transactions provided by your credit card company and generates a report of unrecognizable charges.

Report Writer

The Report Writer module gives us the ability to access and output any information in the GlobalWare™ database, enabling TSG to design elaborate custom reports for your unique operating needs. We can also select and transfer information to our data files for future reference, or for use with other business software programs.

Executive Summary +

Travel-On’s exclusive Executive Summary +. It was designed to allow qualified (volume driven) customers’ CFOs and corporate travel managers, to quickly review your company’s travel purchasing patterns. This animated quarterly graphical set of charts is easy to understand and contains information related to air, car and hotel purchases. This tool will quickly reveal areas that need attention to further reduce travel expenditures. The customer’s data resides on our secure web site and is password protected. This tool was designed “in house” by our IT specialists.
