TSG has a separate group and incentive travel department, which
works with many corporations, associations, universities and other
organizations on incentives, study-missions and affinity group tours.
Group Marketing
TSG will design, typeset and print an attractive brochure for distribution
to your members. Upon request, TSG will be happy to share samples
of brochures we have produced for other organizations.
Group Travel Documentation
TSG takes great pride in the quality of materials that we produce
for your travelers. Included in the travel documents are the tour
manual, a currency conversion chart (converts foreign currency to
US dollars), personalized laminated luggage tags, USADirect/MCI/Sprint
“Phone Home Card”, and tourist brochures with detailed
information on the countries visiting.
On-Site Group Management
At no additional cost (minimum participation required), TSG will
send a team of on-site travel professionals to assist travelers
with airport check-in, "Meet and greet" services, airport
and hotel transfers, hotel check-in, cruise cabin check-in, coordination
of education events, sightseeing programs, airline schedule changes,
pre and post-tour arrivals and departures.
TSG's on-site team is comprised of professionals with extensive
experience in working with travelers taking part in international
tours, cruises and conferences. Our representatives will be available
to your tour participants to take care of any individual or group
needs, including arrangements for shopping, sightseeing, cocktail
parties, golf tournaments, social activities, banquets, etc.
