Top / Bottom City PairS

This report shows the origin and destination cities, number of segments, volume booked and average cost per segment. It can be browsed or downloaded to a file. The sort fields for the report are by dollars booked, average cost per segment, number of segments or city pair. You can combine opposite direction city pairs (i.e.; Boston to Burl. & Burl. to Boston would be summed together).  See Input Screen   See Sample Report 

Report Parameters:

1. Select date Range. (MM/DD/YYYY)
2. Select Departure date or Invoice Date.
3. Select Preview or History data.
4. Select your output type.
5. Select the sort field.
6. Select whether you want the data descending or ascending.
7. Select Number of City Pairs. (blank for all)
8. Select customer number and click add after each account number you want the report to include.
9. Select break 1 if you want one or more department numbers to be included in your report and click add. If you leave it blank it will sum all departments.
10. Enter Passenger Last and Fist Name if you want only data for the one passenger. Leave blank if you want all passengers data included.
11. Enter Validating Carrier if you want to limit the report to specific carriers.
12. Enter Origin and Destination if you want to limit the report to a specific destination.
13. Select records type. Do you want all travel, just domestic travel or just international travel.
14. Click on "Run Report".
15. If you selected output to file then your file is complete when the screen that says "Your report output file has been created" and it will have a file name. Click on the report name to see.
16. If you choose browser then when report is completed it will generate on the screen.
