This report
shows by Hotel Chain or Hotel city the number of stays, number of nights,
volume booked, average booked rate, average nights per stay, average cost
per stay, and average cost per night. This report can be run for invoice
date or check in date. You can sort this report by dollar booked, number
of stays, hotel property or hotel city. You can have it list hotel
property or hotel city. Your output options are file only.

Report
Parameters:
1. Select
date Range. (MM/DD/YYYY)
2. Select Check in or Invoice Date.
3. Select
Preview or History data.
4. Select your output type.
5. Select
the sort field.
6. Do you want your report listing Hotel Properties or
Hotel City.
7. Select
whether you want the data descending or ascending.
8. Select
Number of Hotel or Cities. (blank for all)
9. Select
customer number and click add after each account number you want the
report to include.

Select break 1 if you want one or more department numbers to be included
in your report and click add. If you leave it blank it will sum all
departments.
11. Enter
Passenger Last Name and Passenger Fist Name if you want only data for
the one passenger. Leave blank if you want all passengers data included.
12. Enter
Hotel Chain if you want to limit the report to specific carriers.
13.
Select records type. Do you want all travel, just domestic travel or
just international travel.
14. You
can select city or state if you wan to limit the report to specific
cities that cars are rented
15. Click
on "Run Report".
16. When your report has
finished calculating a screen will appear that says "Your report
output file has been created" and it will have a file name. Click on
the report name for the report.
